#527Ā Cultivated at altitudes of 1200 to 2100 meters, this superb tea is produced by hand. The leaf is anthracite-colored with many plush, silvery leaf tips. Its flavor is delicate and floral, with a sweet finish. When iced, the floral is more pronounced.
Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (1 heapingĀ teaspoon) per 8Ā oz cup of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 80Ā°C/176Ā°F. Allow to brew 2ā3 min.
