Recipe: Heat 750 ml (25.4 oz) red or white wine (or cider) to approx. 80°C/176°F. Add 4–8 teaspoons mulled wine spices and 50–100 g (1/4–1/2 cup) sugar. Heat, just below a simmer, for 10 minutes to 1 hour. Strain and serve hot.
